Christian Warriors, A Time To Stand
We live in an age that no longer cherishes the spiritual side to life. We live in an age of drunkenness and the anxieties of life. It’s like a trap that ever draws us closer to the devil. Keeping us in his game through fear. The world has been deceived to hate and despise Christians. Not because of who we are, but the many facets that work in our name.
Now more than ever Christians have to stand up and continue to show that we are here to help. What did our Lord Jesus Christ ask us to do while he was away? We’re to heal the sick, care for the poor, banish demons, cleanse this land and it’s people. We are here to plant seeds. We are farmers and fishermen of souls.
“Everything they do is done for men to see…But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi’ for you have one Master and you are all brothers. And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Nor are you to be called ‘teacher,’ for you have one Teacher, the Christ. The greatest among you will be your servant. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.” – Matthew 23:5-12
It’s hard anymore to even mention the Bible or Jesus Christ with out being rebuked by non-believers. Do not forget brothers and sisters, Jesus was also rebuked but he stood firm and used their religious tools against them in the temples. Showing them that their use of the Bible was not for the good of God and his kingdom, but for the good of their own selfish lives.
We have to stand strong in our beliefs and faith now more than ever. We know the word of God is true through the prophecies that have come and are coming now. Did you not think that God would send many messengers, prophets to warn you? Even now God sends his angels across the globe. You to are apart of Gods legion.
“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.” John 15:18
There is no easy way to say what I am about to say. Christians can’t blame the church or the churches history for us looking bad. We can’t blame the media anymore. If we were actually doing what Jesus has asked us to do, there would be no question in the hearts and minds of the world that we are not the enemy.
We have been asked by Jesus Christ to follow in his foot steps. To carry his yoke instead of ours. To walk away from everything we know, from our families, and even our selves. He has asked us to love each other as he has loved us. He has asked us to care for the sick, to feed the hungry, to clothe the poor, to give water to those who are thirsty, to care for the strangers of the world, to care for those in prison. He has given us plenty of opportunities to be good Christians and to prove our love for God by obeying his word.
“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you ave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.” Matthew 25:41
It is more than just Gods word, it is his love for us that he gives unconditionally we are here to learn. It is this love we need to put into practice. We need to go out and care for the least among us. It’s not hard to find those who are in need. You only need to walk out your door to find someone. Why then do we wait around, waiting for that special day when we will, or when we finally have it all together in this world. I was once told by a pastor, “If you wait until you’re perfect, nothing will ever get done.”
Are we not told to not get caught up in the anxieties of this world. Yes, even I ponder this statement over and over as I await my license plates in the mail. Shouldn’t I just go and not worry about the plates? These are troubling times, the revelations are appearing in front of our very eyes. The earth has changed drastically, tensions are growing between nations, many are already claiming to be Jesus, I have seen one of these false prophets my self. A woman even, claimed Jesus was a woman and not a man.
“Watch out that no one deceives you. Many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am he,’ and will deceive many. When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against, nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of the birth pains.” Mark 13:5-8
So I ask all of you to leave your comfort zones, to walk away from what you know, and help prepare for the great Lords harvest. We must go out and care for the least among us. We must stand up for those who cannot. In America I can give a very good example. The Native Americans are still being persecuted and we as Christians have been called to stand with them. God has given me this vision over 6 years ago.
Not only are the Native Americans oppressed but they are the most impoverish people of our Nation. For every nation has an impoverish indigenous class of people. Not only that but in Jerusalem’s own back yard they are destroying Palestinian towns and creating millions of homeless. In Africa children go with out fresh water. In China their air and rivers are polluted. You don’t have to look far to find Gods work.
It is our time to stand up and not just preach the word of God but Live the word of God! It is time to step away from our jobs that serve Satan. If you don’t know what Jobs those are, they are all jobs. If you work for the government it is a big Yes! If you work for a corporation or bank, than yes. If you serve self, than yes. You cannot have more than one master. You cannot serve money and God.
“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Matthew 6:24
Blessed are those who come in the name of the Lord. God said he would restore the word of God in these trying times. He promised and as God always does he keeps his promise. We have been given a restored Gospel from the church of Jesus Christ and the Latter Day Saints. Joseph Smith was given the restored Gospel and was tasked with translating it for us. He was just a farmer boy.
I remind you of the restored Gospel because don’t be fooled the Romans have altered our Bible, but give faith to God in keeping his promise and restoring his faithful word. Study the history of the Bible. John Wycliffe was killed by the Roman Church for translating the Bible to English so that every commoner could read the word of God. It was his dream that the farmer plowing his field would know more of the Gospel than those in the church claiming to be of God.
Why would a King need to re-translate the Bible? To keep his power and authority, to remove the revolts and riots and revolutions that may take remove him from his dishonest but high and mighty throne. No don’t trust the deceivers, but do trust those who claim Jesus Christ as God in the flesh. Test the spirits as it says in 1John 4:1.
When Joseph asked God which church should he join God spoke, “none of them, they are all wrong, they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far fro m me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof” – Joseph Smith – History 1:19
For many will come in his name but you can always tell a tree by its fruit. We are not just Gods living words but we are here to live Gods words. Don’t be fooled this is a spiritual war of the soul. The Devil is here to deceive but we can now see beyond his lies and beyond his realm. For we are not of this earth, but chosen from this earth to be on the right hand side of Christ.
Pray to God and ask for your self. It says in Galatians 5:22 “The Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance” – these feelings, thoughts, and impressions from the Holy Spirit will guide you in your answers. Ask and you shall receive. Gods knowledge is freely available.
“If ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Jesus Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost. and by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.” – Moroni 10:4-5
